ETA ALPHA FOUNDATION.
Women join Eta Alpha Pi because they seek Sisterhood. This Sisterhood builds strong, confident women who make a difference in the world around us. It is the responsibility of every single Eta Pi to ensure that our legacy is upheld for future generations. Sisterhood is relevant now, and always will be It should be celebrated, honored and cherished. The Sisterhood Investment is not a campaign, it’s a culture.
The Sisterhood Investment, at its core, is about protecting the future of Eta Alpha Pi. It is about ensuring our Sisterhood is as strong as it can be now and for generations to come long after we are gone. It is about creating a culture of giving, sowing or tithing across all levels of membership. And, it is the responsibility of every single member. It is about giving unrestricted gifts to Eta Alpha Pi at any level.
The Eta Alpha Foundation is an appendage of, and is under the umbrella of our Sorority. The Eta Alpha Foundation fosters a lifetime of experiences filled with enrichment for our members. It encourages continued support and partners with the Sorority to ensure the future of our sisterhood. Our dedicated members, individual contributors and organizational sponsors make this mission possible through philanthropy, service and generous gifts.
In accordance with Internal Revenue Code, our Sorority and our Foundation are two separate organizations. In 2016, the Eta Foundation was formed as a compliment to the Sorority. Its inception forms an extension of opportunity through servitude for members to promote their civic and humanitarian goals and their social responsibility. The Eta Foundation is governed by the Eta Alpha Foundation Constitution and Articles of Incorporation, the Enclave, the Board of Managers.
